Suitable for all abilities. Yin is floor-based and can be practiced with or without a mat. We will be holding postures for 2 – 5 minutes, assisted using yoga props – yoga bolster, zafu cushion, or yoga blocks a folded throw or blanket too, if there aren’t available then they can be substituted with household materials – sofa cushions or pillows.
Props fill the space between body and contact so your physical and mental wellbeing can surrender into the practice with confidence. Yin yoga targets & stretches the deep connective tissues and fascia increasing flexibility, circulation in the joints, range of motion and self-awareness.
